Purchase Policy
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once the purchase has been completed.
Ticket Use
Each ticket contains a unique code valid for a single entry only. Do not share your ticket, as any duplication or misuse will invalidate entry.
The purchase receipt is not valid for entry. Only the official ticket with the code will be accepted at the venue.
Access and Event Conditions
Purchasing a ticket grants a revocable right of entry exclusively to the specified event. It does not include transportation, parking, food, beverages, or merchandise.
Each ticket corresponds to a specific seat or standing area as indicated on the ticket.
Transfer and Resale
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Resale, duplication, or commercial use of tickets without prior written authorization from KAZATICKET is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in ticket cancellation without refund and denied entry to the event.
Purchase Limits
We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per person, payment method, or household, and to cancel any orders exceeding these limits.
Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing error, KAZATICKET will notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Verify event details (date, time, and location)
- Ensure timely receipt of tickets before the event
- Keep tickets safe and secure
KAZATICKET is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Event Changes and Cancellations
Events may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond KAZATICKET’s control. Users will be notified as soon as possible.
Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellations or rescheduling.
Venue Entry and Conduct
Entry may be subject to security checks. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.
All attendees are expected to behave appropriately at all times. Dangerous or unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.
The following activities are strictly prohibited for safety reasons:
- Stage diving
- Moshing
- Climbing structures
- Crowd surfing
Duplicate or Fraudulent Tickets
Duplicated or counterfeit tickets may result in denied entry. In cases of duplicates, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders and may compensate only the original purchaser for the face value of the ticket.
Right of Admission
KAZATICKET and event organizers reserve the right of admission and stay at the venue.
